Japanese people are very polite. It is very hard to find people politer than the Japanese.
Japan is a very clean country
One thing you notice right away about Japan is that it is a very clean country. Perhaps cleaner than Singapore.

I am not finding the photos from Day 1 through 3. But I remember very well how the whole thing unfolded. It started in Fremont. A train ride from Fremont to SFO. China Eastern Airlines flight to Shanghai; overnight in Shanghai and then next day to Tokyo.
